Madina Manchester Soccer Academy was founded in 1997 as flamingo football club, the team has operated fo over 18 years since it was established.
The Team first registered to participate in the GA East Colts League in the year 2001, then in 2003 the team changed it name to Deportivo Football Club.
Deportivo fc ( Now Manchester United) initially played in zone B for the 1st year and qualified to Zone A which is the Premiership side of the Colts Division in the second year.
The team name was officially changed from Deportivo fc to Manchester Soccer Academy in 2005, and since then the club has been the best in Ghana from under- 12's through to the Under - 17's.
It is the vision of the club to train and nurture quality footballers who are very discipline and respectful, and also to always be the best football club in the world.
